Plot summary and other info

Released in 2020 as part of Hallmark Channels Summer Nights programming, "Wedding Every Weekend" was filmed in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and stars Kimberley Sustad and Paul Campbell.
My thoughts
Chemistry! So. Much. Chemistry. Kimberley Sustad and Paul Campbell are absolutely perfect together!
They both have a wonderful ability of making you feel like you're watching real people and not characters. They play off each other well and bring authenticity to their roles.
Brooke and Nate are two strangers who meet a couple times before bumping into each other again at a wedding. They then realize they are attending three more weddings. It's a bit of a stretch but I guess stranger things have happened and I enjoyed the movie so much that I'm willing to overlook it!
The script was both witty and heartwarming, while the scenery was just beautiful.
Brooke's wardrobe was absolutely beautiful, especially her wedding guest dresses!
The journey from strangers, to friends, to love interests was slow and completely believable. It was a slow burn and I loved it!
I know this movie received a lot of backlash because of the diversity in it. I felt like it was done tastefully, and I didn't feel like it was overdone or forced.
I kind of wish they hadn't used the common trope of a partially overheard misunderstanding, but I thought the ending was emotional and enjoyable.
Most memorable line
"It's a good thing we know how to put things back together, if you want to."
Final rating
I thought this movie was playful, charming, heartwarming, and just plain good! I would happily watch, "Wedding Every Weekend", over and over again!
On a scale of 1 to 5, I give it a 4
